[5455] Senior Project Portfolio Analyst

Location: The Hague, Netherlands

Requirements:
• Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) in portfolio analysis and/or management within IT or digital transformation environments
• Strong analytical and financial acumen
• Proficiency in portfolio management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Power BI, Jira, etc)
• Experience with various project management approaches (waterfall, Agile, etc)
• Experience working in large, complex organisations will be an advantage

Duties:
• The Senior Project Portfolio Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the planning, tracking, and governance of a diverse portfolio of digital workplace projects.
• This includes large-scale transformation projects, smaller deliveries, and ongoing support contracts.
• Ensure project portfolio alignment with NDWC's strategic objectives, optimize resource allocation, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
